Welcome to Washez! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Washez’s services, website, and mobile application. By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
1. Definitions
1.1 Washez: Refers to Washez, its employees, contractors, agents, and representatives.
1.2 User/You/Your: Refers to any individual accessing or using Washez services.
1.3 Hero: Refers to the personnel assigned by Washez to perform car wash and related services.
1.4 Services: Includes on-demand and subscription-based vehicle cleaning, washing, and other add-ons provided by Washez.
1.5 Registration Data – shall mean and may include the present, valid, true and accurate name, email ID, phone number and such other information as may be required by Washez from the Customer from time to time for registration on the Site/Mobile application.
1.6 Vehicle – shall mean the Customer’s ‘motor cab’ as defined under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
1.7 Subscription Fee – shall mean and include the periodic fee charged for subscription-based services offered by Washez, covering the cost of vehicle cleaning and maintenance services, any applicable add-ons selected by the User, and taxes as may be applicable from time to time.
2. Scope of Services
2.1 Washez provides car and bike cleaning services, including interior and exterior cleaning, at user-specified locations.
2.2 Service availability is subject to geographical limits, operational hours, and local conditions.
2.3 All bookings are subject to confirmation, availability, and successful payment.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Booking:
3.1a Bookings can be made via the Washez mobile app or through WhatsApp as specified on our website.
3.1b Users must provide accurate details of their vehicle, service requirements, and location.
3.2 Payment:
3.2a Payment must be completed through Washez’s accepted methods before the service.
3.2b No cash payments will be entertained unless explicitly communicated.
3.3 Cancellations:
3.3a Cancellations must be made at least [24 hours] before the scheduled service.
3.3b Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a penalty equivalent to the full service fee.
3.4 Refund Policy:
3.4a Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within [7-10 business days].
3.4b No refunds will be provided for services already rendered or partially rendered.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Ensure that the vehicle is accessible and free of obstructions at the time and location specified for the service.
4.2 Remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before service. Washez is not responsible for loss or damage to items left in the vehicle.
4.3 Inform Washez of any specific requirements, sensitivities, or pre-existing damages to the vehicle.
5. Subscription Services
5.1 Subscription Plans:
5.1a Subscription plans are billed on a [monthly/quarterly/annual] basis.
5.1b Plans automatically renew unless canceled at least [15 days] prior to the renewal date.
5.2 Unused Services:
5.2a Unused services or missed appointments cannot be carried forward or refunded.
5.3 Modifications and Termination:
5.3a Washez reserves the right to modify subscription pricing and terms with prior notice.
6. Service Limitations
6.1 Washez and its Heroes will exercise due care during service. However, Washez is not liable for:
6.1a Pre-existing damages or wear and tear.
6.1b Delays caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen events.
6.1c Issues resulting from third-party products or accessories used in or on the vehicle.
6.2 Washez does not guarantee the removal of all stains, scratches, or damages during the cleaning process.
7. Conduct and Safety
7.1 Users must treat Washez personnel with respect and refrain from any form of abuse or harassment.
7.2 Washez reserves the right to refuse service if safety concerns arise or if the User engages in inappropriate behavior.
8. Liability
8.1 Washez’s total liability, in any event, shall not exceed the fee paid by the User for the specific service.
8.2 Users waive any claims arising from minor cosmetic or surface-level issues resulting from the cleaning process.
9. Privacy and Data Usage
9.1 Washez collects, stores, and processes personal information in accordance with its [Privacy Policy] [Insert Link].
9.2 By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information for service delivery and improvement.
10. Changes to Services and Terms
10.1 Washez reserves the right to modify or discontinue services without prior notice.
10.2 Washez may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Force Majeure
Washez is not liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or technical failures.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Coimbatore Jurisdiction.
12.2 Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, in accordance with the rules of Applicable Arbitration Body.
