At Washez, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide high-quality vehicle care services while ensuring transparency in handling cancellations and refunds. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations can be made and refunds processed.
Cancellation Policy
1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
1. Free Cancellation Window:
• Customers can cancel their service booking free of charge up to 5 hours before the scheduled service time for on-demand & 12 hours before for subscription.
2. Late Cancellations:
• Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled service time will incur a cancellation fee of 25% to compensate for operational costs.
3. No-Show or Missed Appointments:
• If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled service location and time, the service will be marked as a “No-Show,” and no refund will be issued. Rescheduling may incur additional charges.
2. Washez-Initiated Cancellations
1. If Washez or the assigned Hero (service provider) cancels a scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be:
• Given the option to reschedule the service without any additional charges.
2. Washez will notify customers promptly in case of cancellations initiated by us.
Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
1. Service Cancellations by Washez:
• Customers will option to reschedule the service without any additional charges iif Washez cancels the service.
2. Timely Customer Cancellations:
• If a customer cancels within the free cancellation window, they will receive a full refund.
3. Service Issues:
• If a service was not provided as promised due to reasons directly attributable to Washez or the Hero (e.g., non-performance, unsatisfactory service quality), customers may be eligible for a refund after verification that will be provided as Washez credits, which can be used in the upcoming month services.
4. Duplicate Payments:
• If a duplicate payment is made due to technical errors, a full refund for the extra charge will be processed.
2. No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
• If the cancellation is made outside the free cancellation window and incurs a cancellation fee.
• If the service is marked as a “No-Show” due to customer unavailability.
• If the service was successfully delivered but did not meet subjective expectations beyond our defined service standards.
•For add-ons, products, or consumables delivered as part of the service.
3. Refund Process

4. Subscription Cancellations and Refunds
1.Subscription Cancellation:
•Subscriptions can be canceled at any time; however, refunds will only be provided under the following conditions:
•Cancellation is requested within 12 hours of the first day of the subscription period.
•There is a verifiable failure in service delivery for a prolonged period.
2.Refund Calculation for Subscriptions:
• If canceled in-between the subscription period, for unused portions of the subscription period will be refunded on a prorated basis, subjected to management approval.
5. Payment Gateway Charges
Refunds will be processed net of any applicable payment gateway fees unless the refund is due to an error directly caused by Washez.

By clicking on the “I Accept” button on this electronic contract, you consent to be bound by this Subscription Agreement along with any annexures or exhibits attached hereto. Your acceptance of this document shall constitute a binding agreement between you, Washez – ZUXP Technologies India Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Washez”), and the Service Provider (referred to as “Hero” in this Agreement).
PARTIES
1. ZUXP Technologies India Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at Gujan’s Hillview Ayyappa Nagar Ajjanur Vadavalli Coimbatore – 641007, operates and manages the business of Washez. Hereinafter referred to as “Washez,” which expression shall mean and include its representatives, successors-in-office, affiliates, and assigns.
2. Hero (Service Provider): An individual, business entity, or professional desirous of listing on the Washez platform to provide vehicle care and cleaning services to users of the platform. The Hero represents that they fulfill the eligibility criteria annexed hereto and comply with all applicable laws.
Washez and the Hero are collectively referred to as “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
WHEREAS
1. Washez provides a technology-based platform to connect Heroes (Service Providers) with customers seeking on-demand and subscription-based vehicle care services.
2. Heroes desire to list themselves on the Washez platform to provide such services to customers in compliance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
I. Scope and Obligations
1. Registration and Eligibility:
• Upon execution of this Agreement and submission of required details in Exhibit A, the Hero shall be registered on the Washez platform.
• Registration is contingent on fulfilling the eligibility criteria outlined in Exhibit D and compliance with applicable laws.
• The Hero consents to the collection, storage, and verification of their personal data (including Aadhaar or equivalent documents) for onboarding purposes.
2. Services:
• Heroes shall provide professional, timely, and quality services as per the guidelines and standards specified in Exhibit B.
• Heroes agree to adhere to all customer service protocols outlined by Washez.
3. Obligations:
• Heroes must maintain active communication devices to receive service requests.
• Washez retains the right to deactivate accounts for non-compliance or misuse of the platform.
II. Equipment
1. Heroes shall bring their own mobile devices required to attend the service. If Heroes lack equipment, Washez may provide devices, also the necessary cleaning kits or vacuum cleaners, without collecting any security deposit from the Heroes.
2. Heroes are solely responsible for the proper usage, maintenance, and safety of the devices and any equipment provided by Washez.
3. Any equipment provided by Washez shall:
• Be returned in good condition upon request or termination of this Agreement.
• Not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
4. If equipment is stolen or misplaced:
• Heroes must file a police report (FIR) and notify Washez within 24 hours.
• Costs associated with replacement or recovery of equipment will be borne by the Hero.
III. Payment and Compensation
1. Heroes shall be compensated based on a per-service model or subscription-based service, as specified in Exhibit C.
2. Washez shall deduct a platform service fee, taxes, and applicable charges before disbursing payments.
3. Payment cycles and methods shall be outlined in Exhibit C.
IV. Termination
1. Washez reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately in cases of:
• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Non-compliance with service standards.
• Misuse or damage to equipment provided by Washez.
2. Heroes may terminate this Agreement with 14 days’ notice, subject to the settlement of all outstanding dues and return of Washez equipment.
V. Dispute Resolution
1. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue of arbitration shall be Coimbatore, India, and the language shall be English.

● சம்பளம் மாதாந்திர அடிப்படை யில் வழங்கப்படும், வருமானம் மற்றும் பிற கடன் கட்டுமானங்களுக்கான கழிவுகளுடன்.

பயிற்சி மற்றும் செ யல்திறன்
● பணியாளருக்கு வே லை குறித்த பயிற்சி அளிக்கப்படும், அதன் மூலம் பணியாளர் தனது பணிகளை திறம்பட மற்றும் பாதுகாப்பாக செ யல்படுத்த முடியும்.
● பணியாளர், இயக்குனரின் கொள்கை கள் மற்றும் நடை முறை கள், அத்துடன் அனை த்து பாதுகாப்பு விதிகளை யும் பின்பற்ற ஒப்புக்கொள்கிறார்.
● பணியாளரின் செ யல்திறன் அடிக்கடி மதிப்பிடப்படும், மற்றும் ஏதே னும் பிரச்சினை கள் ஊகத்திற்கு அல்லது பணியிடத்திலிருந்து நீக்கத்திற்கு காரணமாக இருக்கலாம்.

● இயக்குனர், சே வை களின் அல்லது தயாரிப்புகளின் மீது தள்ளுபடி போன்ற பல்வே று நலன்களை வழங்க முடியும்.
பணியாளர் எதிர்பார்ப்புகள்
● பணியாளர், நே ர்மை யாக மற்றும் வணிக முறை யில் நடந்து, நிறுவனத்தை மதிப்புடன் பிரதிபலிக்க வே ண்டும் மற்றும் உயர் தரமான வாடிக்கை யாளர் சே வை வழங்க வே ண்டும்.
● பணியாளர், வழங்கப்பட்ட உடை களை அணிய வே ண்டும் மற்றும் நிறுவனத்தின் உடை விதிகளுக்கு ஏற்ப பணியாற்ற வே ண்டும்.
● பணியாளர், நே ர்மை யான கடமை மற்றும் நம்பகமான முன்னே ற்றங்களை பராமரிக்க வே ண்டும்.
● பணியாளர், நே ரத்தில் முன்னே ற்றத்தை பின்பற்ற முடியாவிட்டால், அது நிறுவனர் முடிவின்படி சம்பள இழப்பிற்கு வழிவகுக்கும்.
வேலை முடிவு
● ஒப்பந்தத்தின் இரண்டு தரப்பினரும் [ஒரு வாரம்] நோட்டீஸ் அளித்து இந்த ஒப்பந்தத்தை முடிக்க முடியும்.
● இயக்குனர், காரணமற்ற பட்சத்தில், பணியாளரை உடனடியாக பின்பற்ற முடியாது.
ரகசியத்துவம் மற்றும் போட்டி செ ய்யாத ஒப்பந்தம்
● பணியாளர், பணியில் இருக்கும் போது அல்லது அதன் பிறகு நிறுவனத்தின் வணிக தகவல்கள் அல்லது வாடிக்கை யாளர் தகவல்களை ரகசியமாகக் காப்பாற்ற ஒப்புக்கொள்கிறார். ● பணியாளர், தொழிலில் [6 மாதங்கள்] காலத்திற்கு உள்ள, குறிப்பிட்ட [10 கிலோமீட்டர்] பரப்பில் இயக்குனருடன் போட்டி செ ய்ய மாட்டார்.

EMPLOYEE EXPECTATIONS
● The Employee will be expected to maintain a positive and professional attitude, represent the company with respect, and demonstrate a high level of customer service.
● The Employee will wear the provided uniform and comply with the company’s dress code.
● The Employee will maintain punctuality and a reliable attendance record.
● The Employee failing to meet the attendance record, will lead to loss of pay according to the employer discretion.
TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT ● Either party may terminate this agreement with [one week] notice.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-COMPETE

HEALTH AND SAFETY

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

1. Definitions
1.1 Washez: Refers to Washez, its employees, contractors, agents, and representatives.
1.2 User/You/Your: Refers to any individual accessing or using Washez services.
1.3 Hero: Refers to the personnel assigned by Washez to perform car wash and related services.
1.4 Services: Includes on-demand and subscription-based vehicle cleaning, washing, and other add-ons provided by Washez.
1.5 Registration Data – shall mean and may include the present, valid, true and accurate name, email ID, phone number and such other information as may be required by Washez from the Customer from time to time for registration on the Site/Mobile application.
1.6 Vehicle – shall mean the Customer’s ‘motor cab’ as defined under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
1.7 Subscription Fee – shall mean and include the periodic fee charged for subscription-based services offered by Washez, covering the cost of vehicle cleaning and maintenance services, any applicable add-ons selected by the User, and taxes as may be applicable from time to time.
2. Scope of Services
2.1 Washez provides car and bike cleaning services, including interior and exterior cleaning, at user-specified locations.
2.2 Service availability is subject to geographical limits, operational hours, and local conditions.
2.3 All bookings are subject to confirmation, availability, and successful payment.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Booking:
3.1a Bookings can be made via the Washez mobile app or through WhatsApp as specified on our website.
3.1b Users must provide accurate details of their vehicle, service requirements, and location.
3.2 Payment:
3.2a Payment must be completed through Washez’s accepted methods before the service.
3.2b No cash payments will be entertained unless explicitly communicated.
3.3 Cancellations:
3.3a Cancellations must be made at least [24 hours] before the scheduled service.
3.3b Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a penalty equivalent to the full service fee.
3.4 Refund Policy:

4.2 Remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before service. Washez is not responsible for loss or damage to items left in the vehicle.
4.3 Inform Washez of any specific requirements, sensitivities, or pre-existing damages to the vehicle.
5. Subscription Services
5.1 Subscription Plans:
5.1a Subscription plans are billed on a [monthly/quarterly/annual] basis.
5.1b Plans automatically renew unless canceled at least [15 days] prior to the renewal date.
5.2 Unused Services:
5.2a Unused services or missed appointments cannot be carried forward or refunded.

6. Service Limitations

6.1c Issues resulting from third-party products or accessories used in or on the vehicle.
6.2 Washez does not guarantee the removal of all stains, scratches, or damages during the cleaning process.
7. Conduct and Safety
7.1 Users must treat Washez personnel with respect and refrain from any form of abuse or harassment.
7.2 Washez reserves the right to refuse service if safety concerns arise or if the User engages in inappropriate behavior.
8. Liability
8.1 Washez’s total liability, in any event, shall not exceed the fee paid by the User for the specific service.
8.2 Users waive any claims arising from minor cosmetic or surface-level issues resulting from the cleaning process.
9. Privacy and Data Usage
